The heavy set black lady at the window in the morning shift lacks all type of customer service. She was extremely rude. Burger King will lose customers because of her. One of them being me. She was also on the phone the whole time. Very unprofessional

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.First of all, they gave attitude to my partner for no reason. We placed an order online, WE. Nobody else. However they still gave someone else OUR order and for some reason it was OUR fault. Nobody said sorry, NOTHING. They didn’t want to refund us. Glad they’ll be working there till they die.

Bathroom and lobby need to be removed. It old design from 90’s bathroom is very dirty and can see some mole. Staff gave me wrong order twice it seem like ca t understands my English.
