They forgot to add my side and I had to go all the way back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to not check my bag which I shouldn’t have to do. They caught an attitude when I came back. She served me a medium size and I asked for a large as a compensation. She then grabbed the large container and put what was on the Medium size and put napkins on top. I confronted her about it and gave me a bs excuse. What a joke.

Burger King has overall good food. Unfortunately this location has very bad service. I would suggest to the owner to re-trained your Manager. This is not a bad nor nasty review. I really mean a good outcome of this. If the drive thru system is no that great, don't get upset that we have to repeat our order 5 times, because it was entered wrong. Until the manager took the headphones , then the order was correct, i drove to the window, she was good, told me the amount, I gave her my Debit card, and when she returned it, she commented "You are very rude". I was flabbergasted, I said excuse me?, she repeat it. I asked for her Manager and she said it was her. Naomi as a manager should not of said nothing. It was not an issue, so why did she had to instigate it. Naomi needs really serious training before it affects your business.

It seems the Manager is having a lot of bad days lately. She hold a Manager position that means that she should be trained to handle customers, but to be an instigator. That's a whole different level. As I'm leaving she tell me a was rude, or I sounded rude, something to that affect. Whe I asked for her Manager she said is her Noami. And I said to her. Why did you have to say that ?? Everything was going well. And then she says it. Really lady, why did you feel the need to pock the bear.🤷♀️
