Burger King has overall good food. Unfortunately this location has very bad service. I would suggest to the owner to re-trained your Manager. This is not a bad nor nasty review. I really mean a good outcome of this. If the drive thru system is no that great, don't get upset that we have to repeat our order 5 times, because it was entered wrong. Until the manager took the headphones , then the order was correct, i drove to the window, she was good, told me the amount, I gave her my Debit card, and when she returned it, she commented "You are very rude". I was flabbergasted, I said excuse me?, she repeat it. I asked for her Manager and she said it was her. Naomi as a manager should not of said nothing. It was not an issue, so why did she had to instigate it. Naomi needs really serious training before it affects your business.

It seems the Manager is having a lot of bad days lately. She hold a Manager position that means that she should be trained to handle customers, but to be an instigator. That's a whole different level. As I'm leaving she tell me a was rude, or I sounded rude, something to that affect. Whe I asked for her Manager she said is her Noami. And I said to her. Why did you have to say that ?? Everything was going well. And then she says it. Really lady, why did you feel the need to pock the bear.🤷♀️

Javier Martínez deserves a raise!!! He attended me last Friday, and he was so polite and giving me options on what to get of the menu since it was my first time getting from burger king. I ended up getting the double cheeseburger and I loved it. Thank you Javi!!!
I love ordering from here it’s close to home but I wonder why they act tight with the lettuce. I had to put my own lettuce because they only put like 3 pieces of lettuce , I don’t get it ,it’s not coming out of the employees pocket. Just add alittle more next time and make sure it’s not old either. And you’ll get a 5star review.
