If you do the surveys from the receipt, and request they call you. They don’t bother following up with the customer. I won’t go back, too many issues with this restaurant, from the past, and now. It’s best to contact Corporate.

Unless you want to get sick - I would recommend staying away from this place .i waited 15 mins and was served a cold patty .
Manager lady was great the other two kids were horrible. She was at the window and taking orders and they repeatedly messed up.
Asked for hershey pies they forgot she corrected them.
Order before me they didn't give the customer ketchup she made sure I got mine.
At the speaker I asked for a chicken sandwich only lettuce, she asked if I wanted mayo too I said no.
They made the sandwich with just mayo and when my child bit it he vomited.
Theres a thunderstorm so I dont want to take them out so and when I called 3 times the phone was off the hook.
Aside the lady I think is a supervisor or manager doing everything she can, the other employees laughed at her and dismissed her as if they don't care about their job.
Order was today around 2:30 pm.

Drive thru cashier kept my card and used it at the BK FIRST THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO USE it all night after she left making purchases I returned to the store and the manager said I could’ve been at another BK. I’m so upset because ithe manager was not even concerned she has a thief working and treated me like I did something wrong. My card was not left in the office and the fact that she used it there tells me they all do that all the time… a bunch of crooks
