I wasn’t served. Waiting forever, and one employee refused to talk to me when I was trying to ask for my order. Not friendly to Chinese looking customer there. Totally wish I was black, probably will get better service. If you are Chinese, even if you are a legal US Citizen, avoid this place.

On 3/11/23,Ordered a double whopper with cheese, no onion, and a whopper, no cheese. Got home, realized I had two single whoppers, and both had onions. The whoppers were very sloppily made, too. Also, this location had NO pop, and NO onion rings. Poor management, and a very poor experience! Do BETTER!

Won’t Be going here ever again and I eat at Burger King frequently. I walked in and the guy said online orders only and would not give a explanation of why besides we are closed. Online says lobby open until 8 and why not lock the doors if that’s the case of being closed at 6:59PM today for whatever reason. If I’m in the wrong then I’ll delete the review but I feel like I was lied to and I traveled to come to this location.

dissatisfied faces , cooked with bare hands without gloves, and I grabbed paper napkins without gloves and put them in my bag and it is very cold inside it is not possible to eat because it is very cold… And they don't have a toilet for visitors.

Pulled up at 7:00pm and the store is closed, even though the sign says close at 8:00pm. Workers won’t even come to the door, they just stand there and stares at you.

Ordered through Uber eats for pick-up. Came here when it was ready still had to wait because it actually wasn’t ready.It’s a Saturday. One staff member on duty? Wow. Anyway to add insult to injury. No sauce in the bag (I asked for this in advance) and food was cold (ironic right because you would think waiting for something to be ready would result in warm food) - the worker was also not very nice but that’s to be expected right?This was a cheat day meal. My personal trainer probably would say “that’s what you get “. Yup that’s what I get. If you are reading this just go to Portillo’s or something.

I ordered the Ultimate Platter, which was fine, but if you don't look at your receipt, you should. The platter costs $5.09, but they added $.29 as a surcharge for the sausage that comes with it. That's not good at all, especially in a low income area. I wonder what'll be next. I'll continue to go to the BK - for the time being. Of course, McDonald's is expensive too. Just pay attention to your receipts. They're pulling the sneaky weaky on us!!!!

This is 1 of the most unprofessional businesses in the area. The wait time is atrocious, but, the part that I was bothered by was NONE of the staff, including the rude male manager wore a hair net and when I asked why no one had anything on the hair, I was looked at like I cursed at them! I reported the location on 51st Lake Park!

Horrible service. I waited 20mins for a plain burger and onion ring. They didn’t acknowledged me till I said something. Then they lost my order ticket, so I had to wait until they put another batch of onion rings in the frier to cook. Never again!!! This is another reason why I stopped supporting this particular establishment. DO BETTER
