My husband and I went to busy burger back in 2022 we were hungry before a Jack Harlow concert. We went to get turkey burgers and they were some of the best turkey burgers we’d ever had juicy thin smashed burgers fresh home cut fries. We went back yesterday after 3 years and I gotta say YUCK!! The food quality went down so bad!! They used to use fresh ground turkey now the turkey is a big thick processed patty absolutely gross with way too much pepper in it!! We were so disappointed we drove an hour to get there and were very disappointed!! 😢 My daughter didn’t like her beef burger either it was so dry not juicy at all! Our turkey burgers came with 2 pickles a dab of sauce small onions no flavor but pepper!! $54 for 3 meals and we left still hungry because we just threw it away the fries were pale in color soft and weird tasting! Not the delicious salted home cut fries we remember! Definitely will NOT be going back!! Should’ve kept the meat the same!

I ordered a plantbase burger and a regular burger and they did not mark the burgers so my husband had to taste the burgers to see what was plantbase for me because I don't eat meat and my plantbase burger was Disgusting

We always order for pickup, but the few times we’ve dine in the atmosphere is friendly and clean. My family loves the busy burger signature sauce, we’ve been bought the sauce bottle to keep extra at the house. Burgers always taste delicious, we always pair it with a vanilla shake. Fries can be better, they’re not salted, they also give a bit too much fries, can be a good thing but we never finish them. Overall, this is our go to burger joint!

This small, corner spot offers BIG flavor! I got jacked with the Jack Burger - so good 😋 (the sauce is fire 🔥🤌🏾). Fries were hot & crispy, and their Spotted Cow (oreo milkshake) was delicious. The only downside is that Busy Burger is within walking distance from my home. 😅

I am local guy. Eat at Busy Burger from time to time. I am not going to lie. But it was little while since I visit last time. I had today stuffed burgers with cheese. I order medium. But it was more medium rear. And it was delicious. Juicy, tender and tasty. What I don't like is they don't have fountain drinks anymore. You can get coke in can 😣. I like my burgers with full glass of ice and coke. I asked if I can get glass with ice. They don't have ice....shame shame shame...fast food restaurant. That is why I give 4 starts. My combo was $18. Which is regular city price for fast food these days.

I don’t understand why food safety isn’t a priority. When I received my order, the bag was not stapled or sealed shut, yet my receipt was stapled to the outside of the bag. When strangers are making deliveries for your company, the least that can be done to help ensure my food isn’t tampered with is to seal or staple the bag.

Didn't take pictures but trust me, The Burgers taste and look like the photos on the menu Good, Delicious, mouth watery, The bomb.com. staff is friendly , service is quick and there's street parking which makes this destination a MUST.
