I asked for my burger one way and I didn't get it that way.... Other things were incorrect . When you pick it up you don't find out until you get home disappointed

A group of friends and I were looking for a bite to eat after class and one of the workers locked the door in front of our faces and crossed her arms ‘no’ at us. Me and my friends (all black) went walking near busy burger and stopped in front trying to decide if we wanted to eat there. The cashier proceeded to walk to the door, lock it, and signaled no with her hands and walked away. When we went to see if the establishment was closed or were they discriminating against us. Turns out they close at 12am so what was the reason for them locking the door on us at 8pm? Weird interaction wont spend money here ever again.

Burgers are great, however they add SO much red onion all the time where it can become very overbearing. My only gripe with the restaurant, thus promoting the 4 stars is the music selection. There is always funky euro French modern/classical songs that makes the experience eating a bit strange. Shakes are good too!

So first things first. The sauce 🤌 chefs kiss. A little kick on my burger? Fantastic! The burger and fries where average and didnt really feel fresh, but ill chalk that down to being an Uber eats order and probably feel differently if I ordered in person. The problem is im a tomatoe lover, ill eat one like an apple if its fresh enough, yall gave me a tomatoe that was green everyhwere but the outer skin. I know its getting cold out but you can get way better tomatoes then that. Im gonna try this place one more time, and ill change to a 4 or 5 if my toppings dont look like that again.
Got the cowboy burger. Onion rings and bacon on it were cold. Burger was ok. Definitely not worth $17

My husband and I went to busy burger back in 2022 we were hungry before a Jack Harlow concert. We went to get turkey burgers and they were some of the best turkey burgers we’d ever had juicy thin smashed burgers fresh home cut fries. We went back yesterday after 3 years and I gotta say YUCK!! The food quality went down so bad!! They used to use fresh ground turkey now the turkey is a big thick processed patty absolutely gross with way too much pepper in it!! We were so disappointed we drove an hour to get there and were very disappointed!! 😢 My daughter didn’t like her beef burger either it was so dry not juicy at all! Our turkey burgers came with 2 pickles a dab of sauce small onions no flavor but pepper!! $54 for 3 meals and we left still hungry because we just threw it away the fries were pale in color soft and weird tasting! Not the delicious salted home cut fries we remember! Definitely will NOT be going back!! Should’ve kept the meat the same!
