Fun and festive for Christmas. True Irish bar atmosphere, like the local hangout. Food was great, service was average. My only complaint is the bar is right next to the door. Chicago is cold in the winter and that cold rush of air is quite chilly every time the door opens.

Parking: I had to park 5 blocks away on a Tuesday afternoon.

Great experience. Perfect atmosphere. Met a great steward of the shop and watched him manage a local unhoused man with grace and poise. Have never seen a better example of compassion and care for a neighborhood. Well done. Thanks for the great time.

Butch McGuire's is a classic Chicago bar. great food, wonderful atmosphere and a welcoming environment. The staff are attentive and ensure that you have a good, safe, enjoyable time with friends or even by yourself.

Parking: parking in the area is almost non-existent
