We had a great dinner for our anniversary. I had the Fettuccine Creole special and my wife had a great whitefish. Both had great tastes and good mix of ingredients.

We went to Cafe Touche for lunch. It was delicious. I had a Bayou cobb salad with grilled chicken. It was enough for two. My friends had the Crouque Monsieur and Cuban Sandwich. The portions were generous, I highly recommend. They also have half price bottles of wine on Wednesdays. Our server was excellent.

Cafe Touche' never disappoints. We tried the restaurant week prix fix specials. I had the baked brie which was delicious and hubby had the brochette which he said was tasty but after seeing someone's mussels he definitely had buyers remorse lol. I upgraded to the steak frite entree which was good but just a bit on the salty side. Hubby had the salmon which he said was excellent but he's a big eater and it was a very small piece so he ate some of my steak. The desserts are always outstanding here and hubby went with his standard profiterole with ice cream, yum and I wanted to try the lemon tart which was the special. It was very good but a tiny portion so I had a bite of hubby's dessert. The service was great and the cocktails were tasty. All in all it was a lovely night on the patio! Glad to have this excellent restaurant in our neighborhood!

Service, hospitality and food were outstanding . The day was sunny and warm, but having the doors opened onto Northwest Highway traffic really raised the decibel level.

I normally love Cafe Touche but this visit was terrible. I was treating my girlfriend for her birthday and after waiting and waiting for a waitress, I had to go to the hostess stand to ask her to find our waitress. Service was terrible and my drink tasted like water with lime, as opposed to vodka soda with lime. I was taking another girlfriend on the 25th but have switched venues.

We sat at the bar as we often do and Jorge was the chief bartender. We've had his service often and he is always engaging and very efficient with his bar service. He made my wife feel extra special by bringing a tasty profiterole with a candle in it to make her birthday fun and exciting!

Food here is very good. I wish they would serve gluten free bread for the mussels (dipping is the best part!). The chicken is delicious, Cesar salad is yummy. Love the kir royal. Chimichurri beef is also delicious. Thumbs up! Wait staff is helpful. Ambience is good. Very noisy.

Food was terrific as usual and we had a great time. A little loud, but we could hear our conversation and not worry about people overhearing us!
