Great selection of empanadas and tacos along with coffee drinks. The interior is very small but there's a patio on the sidewalk and next to the café to sit at.
The empanadas were great, crust and fillings were both superb. Absolutely worth your time to go here.

Best Horchata Latte I've ever tried. There was plenty of delicious Empanada flavors to try, both sweet and savory.
There is seating but its outdoors and limited.
For 2 empanadas and and an iced horchata latte I paid about $20.

Super tasty empanadas and coffee. There isn’t any room inside to sit, but the patio is great when the weather permits.

I paid $7+ for a Birria empanada at the farmers market and got a potato empanada. If i’m paying an astronomical $7 for an empanada that probably cost the restaurant 50 cents to make per empanada, I expect to at least get the correct one.
Also the horchata latte is $7+ as well but the entire thing is ice and hardly any drink.

The empanadas are truly innovative (fillings) and delicious. The only issue is that the heat is on and so the air conditioning is competing with the heat. It’s 95 degrees outside. Very weird and not energy efficient.

Your empanadas have been cold for weeks. Fix the glass on your warmer already.
Thank you. Been going here for years. I'll 5 star the empanadas are warm again. 💀

Cafe Tola is a fun & colorful stop for coffee and empanadas. The apple pie empanada was comforting and tasty, while the iced latte was refreshing and well balanced.

They were at an event on Saturday and I got to try their beef empanada and it was delicious. When I come back into town I’m going to stop at the restaurant and grab some more. Chefs kiss!

Stopped by Café Tola for a quick lunch and was blown away. Grabbed a couple of their signature empanadas, beef sirloin and buffalo chicken and they did not disappoint. Each one is $6, and the flavors are 🔥. The beef sirloin was juicy with just the right amount of seasoning, while the buffalo chicken had a nice kick without being overwhelming. I also tried their horchata latte, which was creamy and perfectly sweet. The staff was super friendly, and the outdoor seating with the colorful murals made for a chill spot to enjoy my meal. Definitely coming back for more!

I happened to be nearby and stopped in. It's a small place, but the food was awesome and at a great price. It didn't hurt that the weather was wonderful and I sat outside to enjoy my food. I had the Chicken Tinga and Buffalo Chicken empanadas. I plan to go back next time I am in the area.
