Delicious empanadas and great service. The only complaint I have is that my Cafe con Leche was bitter and unflavorful. I actually only had like 3 sips and had to toss it. Also, my daughter's were not a fan of the Nutella /Banana empanada and the"steak"one was actually ground beef. The only other thing will be they seem to always be out of more than half of the options before 10:30 am.

Excellent empanada, tacos, burritos and we tried pozole soup. Staff is always kind. Prices are good. Really can recommend 🫶
My only feedback is that I find the music here too loud.

The best empanadas I've tried so far in Chicago. Very tasty, fresh, just made. And a very affordable price. The place is very unique and colorful. My husband and I love this place.

I dropped my daughter off for the college up the street and decided to stop by this little cute Mexican diner for breakfast! Wow! It was simply amazing. I was helped with the choices as I never experienced what the diner specialty was. I was recommended the goat and cheese and it was to die for! Next time I’m back in Chicago, I will definitely go back to try more!

The food is always delicious and well priced! I recommend the Guava & cheese empanada! 😋 The art on the inside and outside of the restaurant really make it stand out.

I come because it appears in the series "The Bear" in Chapter 2 te.oorada 3 minute 3:52 😃👍
Expensive for relatively small portions. Food was good but not worth the money. Good spot to study/hang out as there’s outlets all around and free wifi. There were also free arcade games to play. Would recommend elsewhere for food. Staff was nice but forgot something I ordered and I wouldn’t have gotten it had I not asked. I got the taco al pastor, horchata latte, and guava&cheese empanada.
Empanada was decent but way too expensive at $6. Taco was good, I’d suggest that. Horchata latte was also good. Nothing to write home about

Meat is reheated served burnt dry, like eating leather. The empanadas quality is worse. Tola has gone down!!! Dirty

So sorry to do this but I did get extreme food poisoning when I went on Monday for lunch. I got 2 empanadas and an horchata latte which were all admittedly pretty tasty at the time. My best friend got 2 different empanadas, drank some of my latte. Both of us ended up sick.

Stopped by again after a couple years.
The place has changed, but that sweet quality of empanada remains the same.
I look forward to being in the area again for another delicious lunch.

Order a machaca con huevo torta, lets just say it was more bread than the actual egg and meat was nonexistent in the torta. The coconut coffee i ordered was extremely sweet.
