Wish I could give it ZERO stars! We were sat and had to flag down a waiter to get service. We ordered two waters, the waitress brought them then came right back and took one for another table. The waitress was rude and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her. Three adults and three kids and were forced to pay a 20% gratuity. We had to ask for napkins and silverware as we were not offered them. This has been the most disappointing dining experience we have had on our trip....read full review
I went here yesterday to enjoy the weather and grab a cocktail. The waitress came up to us and collected our drink order and checked our ID it was no problem. 10 minutes later the manager comes out and asks for our IDs again. I moved here out of state from Kansas so I obviously don’t have an Illinois ID. She says it’s fake and calls another bartender over.
