I patronize many vegan restaurants & CBINM is by far the best in terms of the options, & food quality. Atmosphere is great, & service is great at all locations. 10yrs. Vegan!

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 yrs and have tried almost everything on the menu with no disappointment w the exception of my last visit. I’m not a beef eater so I wasn’t aware of the difference between a Philly steak and a sweet steak I had the Philly and loved it however when asking the difference the guy had no clue and read the menu as I did clearly the difference is bbq sauce is drenched on the sweet steak had he mentioned that I would’ve never ordered and wasted $25 being that I don’t like bbq sauce to that extent. The food is always on point but it seems like every time I order I have to double check because something is either missing or I get the wrong order but it’s always something otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars. This is my go to for comfort food the Burgers are my favorite and by far the best vegan food I’ve had in the City!

I am not sure where else to reach out about this, but I have ordered in the past with no complaints whatsoever. The food is generally so good. This last time I ordered delivery through the app, the fries were just SO stale it was disappointing. The burgers were great but stale chips with it just made the whole thing disappointing. Also, the other times I ordered from the same store to my place and the fries were great. It just seemed like this time they gave us old fries like from the day before. I wish the app had a place for me to address this.

I've been a customer of can't believe it's not meat, since they opened their first location in Hyde Park! BUT, lately, they've been slacking! It's starting to seem as if the owners have to be there, in order for the employees to give top notch service! It's also starting to seem as if you have to be a celebrity, to get top notch service (based on how they get the best customer service and fresh food!
If the owners read this, may you all please re-train the light skinned gentleman who works at the Hyde Park location?! EVERY time he takes my orders (on numerous separate occasions) I have to guide him (he didn't even know that fries comes with the hot links)!!! I also don't understand how he's allowed to play rough rap music on the restaurant's speakers!

I absolutely love this restaurant, I love the food. I think that they do a fantastic job of making credible vegan food. That is mind-blowingly flavorful. And I would say nine times out of 10. I've had a great experience ordering here, but yesterday I placed an order for pickup like usual, and the order was wrong. I understand mistakes happen, so I went back to the restaurant having after having made it all the way home, to return the incorrect food items I was given. I was worried that my food had been exchanged to the other person who didn't receive their correct order yet, and the staff person there assured me that my food was untouched and even said it was remade. I thought that was a little strange considering the extremely short time frame in which I was able to change the orders out. It turns out that wasn't true, they're the original order was just sitting there for probably around 30 minutes because of the mishap and I was given burgers and fries to have been sitting there for at least half an hour after being told they were made fresh again. Even though I didn't even ask that. It was obvious because the food was cold and soggy and it was the first time I couldn't even finish the meal after ordering from one of my favorite restaurants. Seriously disappointing how the situation was handled. And I was told that I needed to throw the food away that I was incorrectly given. Of course, the restaurant wouldn't even do me the courtesy of allowing me to keep the food after it made it all the way to my house, nope I had to toss it bc they weren't going to give me anything free inspite of the mishap. It's not the first time they don't do anything to rectify A customer service mistake. Definitely would not be ordering her again if it happens again.

Food was fine, however, when you order from their site, it will automatically set the tip to 20%. I didn't notice that until I was checking my account. Completely unethical for an establishment that doesn't even have an eat in option. Tip for what? Handing me my order?

Really authentic vegan options for any kind of comfort food you can imagine, but beware high prices--what starts as a $15 burger quickly becomes $20 after tips & fees. There is an upcharge for vegan cheese, and if you request ketchup you'll only receive 2 packets. Just feels strange being nickel-and-dimed so hard for a luxury meal that isn't super filling, plus being asked to tip when there is essentially no service involved, you just pick up your meal and leave.

I went to the Orland Park location. This was my first time trying this chain after being a customer at Vegan T’ease. I had the BIRRIA tacos. No flavor or seasoning. The fries tasted old and were not fresh. I ended up throwing the food out. Very disappointed after reading the reviews. Customer service was good though.

I just love this place. I am so glad they came around and close to my house by me being a vegetarian transition over to vegan 🤤

I've been to this establishment a couple of times, and overall I liked everything. The menu is large and the dishes are delicious. The only thing is that last time they oversalted my dish, I told the waiter about it and thought it would be excluded from the bill, since I hardly ate it, but that didn't happen) It happens. Overall, it didn't spoil my opinion of the restaurant!)
