I’ve been coming here for the past 4 yrs and have tried almost everything on the menu with no disappointment w the exception of my last visit. I’m not a beef eater so I wasn’t aware of the difference between a Philly steak and a sweet steak I had the Philly and loved it however when asking the difference the guy had no clue and read the menu as I did clearly the difference is bbq sauce is drenched on the sweet steak had he mentioned that I would’ve never ordered and...
I am not sure where else to reach out about this, but I have ordered in the past with no complaints whatsoever. The food is generally so good. This last time I ordered delivery through the app, the fries were just SO stale it was disappointing. The burgers were great but stale chips with it just made the whole thing disappointing.
