I came in with banking needs and the woman that helped me was amazing (I wish I would’ve asked her name). I needed to update my business DBA and even though it couldn’t be done at that location, she took the time to reach out to the appropriate associates to assist. I felt like a priority the entire time I was there. A+ customer service .

Looking for places to work out, my favourite has been have a Washington library on the ninth floor. Today was a change of pace. I came to the cafe. Do you have a lot of drinks specials on days for people who are not capital one customers and I have experienced quite a few of events. So far I have had the honey lavender latte, hibiscus tea, matcha latte. They are good for the 50% off or the three dollar day, but in my opinion, not for full price. They have a downstairs and upstairs space that has countertops or tables if you’re a capital one there’s a little rooms that you can put on hold a room for yourself to work for two hours. The countertops have a strip under it to plug in your computer your and C cable. They are playing Christmas music. It is a nice chill vibe. I am not a one card holder but on the day they have the 3.00 drinks I will be there opening at 7am if you want to get an early jump on the day.

One of the worst experiences I have had with banks and cafes. It was god awful. I first called the customer service about some bad experience I had at the cafe. They claimed they couldn't help me for about 15 minutes. They then proceeded to close my credit cards smh. This bank is fraudulent I recommend going to one of the other big banks with your money!

I’m sitting in the Capitol one cafe grading papers like I do most weekends. I’ve seen kids standing in chairs and moving chairs around. I place my feet in the chair and Nicholas walks over to me to tell me to take my feet out of the chair. I have two capital one cards and I don’t appreciate being singled out and other people have had the feet legs and other things in chairs. It was petty. There’s a white women with her feet in the chair maybe it’s because I’m a Black women. Now he’s harassing the white women. We are just minding our business Capitol one tell Nicholas to leave us alone.
Such a hidden gem! The barista actually remembers my name and order. Best customer service hands down.

everyone, be careful at this location. There’s criminal activity that’s happening here.
Today, 9/26/2025, three black males approached me and then afterwards went downstairs to proceed to arm rob a white female taking her phone.
The young girl may not realize that I was actually the target. The staff, Sparkle, Fav and Angel all dismissed my concerns and would not complete an “incident report”.
Coincidentally, they knew that the security guard was on break. Please be careful because the cafe is a meeting place for sex traffickers. That’s why they wanted me to leave!
Do Not Trust Capital One, when I called it fell on deaf ears!

I had a very disappointing experience here. I ordered a Roasted Turkey Sandwich, but it was served missing ingredients. When I went back to ask about it, the staff told me they didn’t have those ingredients — and said it wasn’t their problem. I find it unacceptable that this wasn’t communicated when I placed my order. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

The staff running the cafe portion were super dissmissive and unhelpful. Also they didnt have any food options available when we could clearly see the ingredients behind the counter to construct a sandwich.

Great for work or study. Not too loud, clean, climate-controlled, and plenty of seating. I liked the glaze on the windows upstairs.

This location is bad. They messed up our order two days in a row. Some of the staff just seem unhappy being there and doesn’t care about trying to get the orders right.

Extremely understaffed!! The workers and the drinks are way better at the Southport location. Lines are always long here and the drinks are so rushed bc the limited employees. I waited in line for almost an hour to JUST ORDER my drink… and have to wait even longer for it to be made.

Guess how much this was — you would have to guess because there are no prices on the menu. NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS. You don’t even give you a discount as a Cap One member because they called it a “food item.” Sure, as in can I get a bite of that smoothie?
