As soon as you walk in, there are ATMs available for both Capital One and non-Capital One customers. The space is spread over two levels with plenty of seating—tables, booths, and lots of charging stations.
The café offers a great variety of coffee blends, teas, and hand-crafted drinks, plus a nice selection of pastries and snack-sized sweets.
Super clean space with a hotel-like vibe, great city views, and located right in the middle of all the shopping. Staff across the board were hands-on and very helpful. Definitely check it out—and don’t forget to ask about their Capital One cards while you’re there!

Cap One credit cards and specialty the Savor card makes promises it can’t deliver on. They promise 4% back on dining but when I had a large catering order of over $800 they refused to give it even though it’s a restaurant I have eaten at many time. They blamed the restaurant for how they categorized the transaction. The restaurant says it’s Cap One. I’m phasing out their credit cards after using them for over 15 years and over $50,000 of charges I have paid back on time I strongly advice customers to look at different option with better customer service.

Asked for a pour over coffee and was told “the machine is broken”, that’s odd since it’s a manual process with all the components in place. It’s a shame to have qualify coffee like Verve being served but a staff unwilling to make coffee.
Honestly if you don’t want to make pour overs just take it off the menu or automate the process.
