I Love the burgoff restaurant in Chicago!!!!! My Grandpa used to eat lunch there all the time. Went there a few years ago and couldn’t get enough of the Corned Beef. Did it ever reopen after COVID?
We visited twice in the same day. A rare trip downtown amd where better to celebrate a work meeting than The Berg. Place is legendary. Dana was our server both times. She's a worthy ambassador!

This is a historic German restaurant in Chicago and specializes both in comfort food and comfort atmosphere. We visited here during Christmas time, and the whole place was decked. The children could play games while the adults enjoyed good food. I ordered an oxtail and tasted their steak, and both were delicious. We had a party of 20 and had our own room booked with our own Christmas tree.
