I attended a conference at Palmer House and stopped here on my way up to our room. It is certainly in a convenient location for hotel guests! This location isn't above and beyond outstanding, but I have to give credit where credit is due. This location is high volume and extremely busy. We wanted to have coffee before visiting the art institute. I also wanted to get my free Birthday drink. We found this location at the Palmer House hotel and were AMAZED! The hotel is beautiful so having a cup of coffee there was awesome!

Asked if they could blend in a banana with my frappe, but replied they don't have any whole fruit like that. I'm not sure if that's typical or not since I don't frequent Starbucks. Other than that, was a pretty good experience, service was fairly quick and staff was really nice.
