Things seem to have gotten worse. The employees don't know the recipes so they just ask you what you want for everything then just ring you up for whatever recipe name they think comes closest to your sandwich. The place for the most part is clean, but they're one of the few places that allows the homeless inside so you'll see completely filthy, foul smelling, people covered in scabs and all sorts of wounds sleeping at the tables in here (at least at night.) Lucy makes my experience every Tuesday when I go for lunch so enjoyable. She is so friendly and makes me feel so welcomed to be at her restaurant. Incredible service all around and takes care of her customers. See you next week!

Location is fairly clean, and the food is what you would expect from any other Subway. I tried the footlong pretzel and it's soft, warm, and salty. Maybe too salty for my liking, but it's not bad. The reason why I gave service 1 star is the fact that the person taking my order doesn't even speak english!?? I had to point at a pretzel picture to tell her what I wanted.
