I came in with banking needs and the woman that helped me was amazing (I wish I would’ve asked her name). I needed to update my business DBA and even though it couldn’t be done at that location, she took the time to reach out to the appropriate associates to assist. I felt like a priority the entire time I was there. A+ customer service .
Looking for places to work out, my favourite has been have a Washington library on the ninth floor. Today was a change of pace. I came to the cafe. Do you have a lot of drinks specials on days for people who are not capital one customers and I have experienced quite a few of events. So far I have had the honey lavender latte, hibiscus tea, matcha latte. They are good for the 50% off or the three dollar day, but in my opinion, not for full price. They have a downstairs and upstairs...
Extremely understaffed!! The workers and the drinks are way better at the Southport location. Lines are always long here and the drinks are so rushed bc the limited employees. I waited in line for almost an hour to JUST ORDER my drink… and have to wait even longer for it to be made.
