I absolutely adore this spot and find myself returning frequently. The community here is remarkable - incredibly hospitable and kind-hearted. Big shoutout to all the lovely people. The place is a true gem for the neighborhood and surrounding community. The unique combination of a coffeeshop and bank at this venue has created a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere that many locals, including myself, have grown to cherish and frequent. My go-to order is the creamy, smooth latte - highly recommended!

What a cool concept and place- a cafe with something to do Capital One Banking? It's cool and different. 30-50% your orders if you're a Capital One Card Holder. ??It's a legit cafe. Very clean, great coffee.Service was so friendly and nice. All smiles and warm greetings.The cafe is modern and sleek. Plenty of seating options.Have never been in something like this. It's cool. Absolutely 10/10 recommend

I JUST LOVE CAPITAL ONES PRODUCT IT HAS A LOT TO DO WITH CAPITAL ONE APP AND THE CAFES WITH THEIR HOUSED ATM MACHINES. U CAN DO YOUR BANKING, IF U OWN AN CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK, WITHDRAW MONEY AND PAY YOUR CAPITAL ONE BILL WITH THE ATM MACHINES. I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS WITH CAPITAL ONE WHEN USPS WAS HAVING PROBLEMS DELIVERING MY PAYMENTS ON TIME. THIS BECAME THE OPTIONS AND IT HAS BEEN MY GO TO EVER SENSE. IT ALLOWS U TO PAY YOUR BILL IN REAL TIMES ESPECIALLY IF IT IS PAID OFF BY CASH

This review is to capital one bank not this particular bank location, but long story short I was overcharged by a merchant and provided clear evidence that they overcharged me however capital one disregarded my evidence and reversed my provisional credit and denied my claim and left my account negative while they “reviewed” the situation again, mind you again this situation is a no brainer and its clear evidence, I’ve concluded that their customer service is a joke and does not respect customers time or money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. You have been warned!

Claims to open at 07:00. If true, that would have just given me time to get a drink on my morning commute. Unfortunately, it's a lie. I showed up at 06:55 and waited patiently in the lobby. Staff assured me they'd open "right at 07:00". Opening time came and went. Staff were dawdling on their phones. The grinder needed a refill of beans. The register needed to be fired up. All clearly visible from the lobby. Staff didn't so much as twitch in the direction of opening the door. Very disappointing. I had to leave to get to work on time, well after the time they assured me they'd be open, without a beverage in hand. Staff still had not unlocked the door by the time I'd left.

They advertise 25 cents off if you bring your own mug. But it's more about preventing unnecessary plastic waste. I brought my own mug and was actually told it would cost *more* to refill it than a plastic cup.Yes, my mug is 20oz, not 16oz. When I suggested the barrista just put 16oz of coffee instead of 20, she said that wasn't possible.The Capital One Cafe is clearly greenwashing, attempting to make it look like they care about the environment while making it very difficult to do something as simple as use your own mug.

Accidentally left my very nice water bottle in their facility on Sunday 06/04 and I was the very last customer to walk out before they closed. Called the next day to inquire about the lost water bottle to schedule a pick up and was told that “no one found it”. There were literally only employees at this café when I left, so whoever took it and kept it for themselves has to be someone who works there. Very questionable behavior and makes me not feel safe going there any more knowing that people are just so comfortable keeping things that don’t belong to them for themselves. This is a business, I expected more from them.
