(foodies will rejoice!) (great staff!)Atmosphere: (lovely environment!)I'm completely blown away by the level of ramen that comes out of this restaurant. There are three of these restaurants in Chicago. HANDS DOWN, BY FAR, HYDE PARKS LOCATION has the best most authentic tonkatsu, their pork is tender and silky and the broth is sticky sweet full of umami mouth feel. The others are NOT the same. If you like a thicker MORE AUTHENTIC tonkatsu, Hyde Park is the strings to order from. Just saying!

This place has great food for a decent price but the service could definitely be better. We dined in a few weeks back for a late lunch and had a great experience so decided to order pick up for dinner a few weeks later. We ordered online and then the restaurant called to say they did not have anything vegan and could only provide a vegetarian option (out of stock on rice noodles).
