Ordered a club sandwich without tomatos and requesting pickles. Sandwich came with no pickles and tomatos. Meat was bland and flavourless. Do better, check your work.

Used to be good but really went downhill. They replaced their delicious steak cut fries with the standard Sysco battered fries, which are gross. My turkey sub, which I’ve had before, was drowned in mayo and gave me a stomachache. On top of that, people in the dining area were watching TikTok’s on full volume. Today was my last time here.

Okay, but wouldn’t be my first choice
Stopped by this sandwich spot recently and had a pretty underwhelming experience. The food was just okay—nothing memorable—but what really stood out was the lackluster service. When I was asked how I wanted my peppers, I said “medium,” which apparently isn’t an option. Instead of clarifying that, the woman taking my order seemed rushed (despite there being no line or closing time pressure) and I ended up with hot peppers that I didn’t want.
It felt like she just wanted to get the order over with rather than making sure it was right. Would I eat here again? Maybe—if there were no better options around. But it wouldn’t be my go-to.

GET AN APP & WEBSITE THAT WORKS!!!! I drove 20 minutes to get the $4.90 special. It’s only available to rewards members. Upon redemption, the website would not allow me to update my password. Although I had the text that shows I am a rewards members, the clerk claimed ignorance and that there was nothing that could be done. Then, he tried to offer free junk food as an appeasement. No Thank you! Highly disappointed. Hopefully, they’ll get it together!
Happen to be looking for a sandwich shop-something similar to penn station- and came across this gem! First place that popped up on Google so we randomly decided to try it. HIGHLY recommend- a decent amount of impossible/plant based meat options and as someone that is vegetarian that was really exciting :D plus the fries are to DIE for. Absolutely loved the cut of them and they weren't salty. Literally the perfect fry. And wrapping back to say-this place - yes does have similar style to penn station - but it is a MILLION times better. Will definitely be back when we come into the city!

Came here because of TikTok with my girlfriend. We both got the chicken chipotle cheesesteak. It was fantastic actually. It was nice that the wait staff were kind and courteous. I would definitely come here again.
