Best subs in the city. Really great customer service, and the server remembered my order perfectly even though I only visit around once a month.

I dislike writing bad reviews, but hoping this spot can evolve. Ordered the classic Italian and the Pincino sandwich. The bread is everything to a sandwich and Capriotto's uses awful loafs of bread...unless you like heavy, dense, soggy white bread. A bread that is airy yet slightly crunchy on outside is crucial to a good sandwich. This spot also slices their meat way too thick. Good Italian sandwiches slice their meat as thin as possible. That's where all the flavor is. Check out J.P. Graziano's to know what a legit Italian sandwich is instead of going here. This was a waste of money and food...

We ordered chicken with salad and chicken was frozen , after asking to remake it , they brought us again salads with frozen chicken ( literally Pisces of ice in the salads)

Way too expensive for a sandwich that was mostly bread. The ends of my sando were completely devoid of filling.

I have been here several times. I always enjoy the food. I have a cheese steak these days, it is well made. I sort of think of them as a decent restaurant pretending to be a fast food place. The ingredients are fresh, and it's made to order. I am glad it isn't right by my office. So it stays a nice treat.

Vegetarians, don't sleep on this place! It's the only chain sub shop that I know of that offers plant-based meat. You don't have to eat just vegetables on a bun like at the other places (especially since some Subways are phasing out the veggie patty). There is also a variety of plant-based options to choose from. Love them!

Came here for the first time after a long day of work with a coworker ,I order a turkey sub without cheese they place cheese on it and I ordered a Philly steak without mushrooms as to I have a allergy they put mushrooms no hot peppers was added like we asked on one of the sandwiches we both paid $15 each for just a sandwich will not return.

Two guys working here today, one taking orders and the other making sandwiches. It does take a little longer than Jimmy John’s. Their Italian sub is spicy but really good! A little untraditional so be prepared if you’re craving something super classic. Giardiniera on the side is super yums. Mashed potatoes and gravy was a nice little comfort food side and I bet good with their holiday/thanksgiving sammy. It was drowning in gravy and so hot it took several minutes to cool down enough to eat. Wish they carried Diet Coke instead of Pepsi and more to-go drink options. Overall a very good but expensive “quick” lunch at $16.
