They alway get my order wrong… 20 bucks for a burrito no thank you. Not fresh customer service sucks when you call in an order..
I ordered a vegetarian burrito and it came with several pieces of chicken in it. I showed the serving staff the chicken and they hardly reacted. I requested my money back because I was vegetarian. She very begrudgingly accepted.
Poor customer service and overpriced.
Vegetarian options: Not much respect shown to vegetarians.

Slept on spot. 10/10 straight up fire like I’m the name. The Campechano Bowl makes me forget about my issues and the elote in it is supreme. Give them all your money, it’s worth.

Uhh this place! Ah-mah-zing! Food is unbelievably tasty. Consistent quality. My favorite is chicken fajitas burrito. Their pink sauce is to die for. Love their burrito salad bowls as well.
The food is so good.

Carbon has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Chicago for quite a few years. I don't live anywhere close to either location, but I gladly make the trek any time I get the Carbon crave. There hasn't been a single thing on the menu that I didn't like. Their steak is marinated/grilled to perfection and even their sides like their elote is fantastic. Their roasted red pepper sauce is one of the many things I HAVE to get when I visit. I'd buy it by the gallon if they'd let me!
Pros: (1) Wide variety of salsas all good in their own right, (2) Great serving size for price, 1lb meat in burrito + huge tacos, (3) Meat is fantastic, some of the best Barbacoa I’ve ever had (4) side option for guac for about $1.25 perfect for when u want guac but can’t commit to a tub of it that will inevitably go bad in your fridge (5) 2 kinds of chips, both solid options (6) good service, they read and listen to order notes which is niceCons: (1) I ate too much and feel great shame. What is it, January 4th? What happened to my New Year’s resolution to be fit and eat in moderation? Will i ever not lack I discipline? Is there something fundamentally broke in me that will never mend? Should i stop The charade of thinking i have The power to ever change?

They stole 650 from a public educator was 2 hours late and are dodging her calls now but want people to cater with them 🙄
Went in for take out. Service was great. I got a steak quesadilla, chorizo taco and chicken burrito. I will definitely be back.
