Really not good, everything I ordered was dripping in orange grease. Even the barbacoa was slimy and greasy. Felt sick after eating all that grease.

Doesn't seem like authentic Mexican. Won't be going back.

Carbon Live Fire Mexican Grill was delicious. We ordered three tacos — chicken, steak, and campechano — plus the Stelote, and everything was flavorful and fresh. The chicken taco was our favorite, followed by the chorizo in the campechano, with the steak in third.

The burrito was packed with juicy steak, sweet corn, and creamy sauce, and every bite was satisfying. My only critique is that the steak strips were a bit too long, which made them harder to eat.

We tried all the salsas and loved the variety. The roasted red pepper creamy sauce was our favorite, and the spicy red sauce had a great kick. The salsa verde was tasty but could use a little more heat.

Overall, the portions were generous, everything tasted fresh, and we’ll definitely be back!

We ordered delivery from Carbon and were super excited to try their pastor burrito. Unfortunately after we ordered they only had enough to make one pastor burrito because it was so popular. They were very nice and apologized about not being able to fulfill our complete order and offered other options but we just decided to order the one burrito eventhough everything we have ever had here (steak, chicken, fish, elote, desserts have all been excellent). Upon delivery we realized they comped our burrito and even gave us some beans and rice. Excellent customer service and a super nice gesture. The pastor burrito could not have been more delicious! I can see why they sell out. We will definitely be ordering many, many more times. Thank you Carbon for deliciously fresh food and wonderful customer service.

This is a staple in UK Village. The food is fresh, tasty, and some of the healthiest Mexican food you’ll find. The mother clucker burrito is like nothing else- a full lb of lean grilled chicken and a zesty tequila like sauce all wrapped in a toasty toritilal the size of a small football. The guac is fresh, the sides are tasty, and it’s a hip little spot. The entire inside is lined with street art and there’s a sit-down area with a window that opens so you can enjoy the summer vibes, or which is warm enough to eat at during winter too.

This place is a great find! The tacos are much bigger than the prices would lead you to believe. The chicken and chorizo were cooked wonderfully, and the medium salsa was delicious. Additionally, the servers were especially helpful and friendly!

Good tacos with a focus on well grilled strips of steak

I used to get tacos here all the time when I lived in the neighborhood. It’s apparently gone way down hill. I ordered three tacos and got two. My wife ordered the veggie burrito bowl and all of the extras we paid for were missing and there was half a tomato, un chopped. The tacos I received were dry and unseasoned. Way overpriced, will not be back.

Overpriced for what you get. Paid $16 for 3 tacos that barely had any toppings on them. There was plenty of meat, but that was all I could taste. Why double shell the tacos if you’re going to put that little stuff inside of it. Shells were also super soggy and ripped easily, the steak was extremely and you had to fight it to take a bite. As well as terrible food they got my friends order incorrect. Would not come here again.
