Slept on spot. 10/10 straight up fire like I’m the name. The Campechano Bowl makes me forget about my issues and the elote in it is supreme. Give them all your money, it’s worth.
Uhh this place! Ah-mah-zing! Food is unbelievably tasty. Consistent quality. My favorite is chicken fajitas burrito. Their pink sauce is to die for. Love their burrito salad bowls as well.
Carbon has been my favorite Mexican restaurant in Chicago for quite a few years. I don't live anywhere close to either location, but I gladly make the trek any time I get the Carbon crave. There hasn't been a single thing on the menu that I didn't like. Their steak is marinated/grilled to perfection and even their sides like their elote is fantastic. Their roasted red pepper sauce is one of the many things I HAVE to get when I visit. I'd buy it by the gallon...
