Yummy! Casual taqueria in the back of a store, walk up, place your order then wait patiently for it to be ready. We got tacos de cecina, pastor and a torta de asada. Todo muy rico! Y porciones grandes.

I had a Carne asada taco with cilantro and cheese and onion and al pastor with just cilantro the carne asada is the best one. Al pastor superior to most. Carne asada was great just flavorful. I will definitely be back for the carne asada tacos. Service is great!! Totally recommend them.

I’ve been here a few times before and this place never fails to make a good meal. Everything is made to order so while you will have to wait a bit, it is definitely worth it.
Totally recommend chatting up the people at the register to pass the time. The place has such a happy vibe that will make waiting for your order enjoyable. Also check out at the Selena mural outside the Carniceria and pay proper homage.
I had a carne asada and a chicken taco. The tacos are pretty big compared to other taquerias in town, so you definitely get what you paid for! Both were made perfectly.

The best tacos in Chicago.These tacos are flavorful and chunky.The Lengua tacos are super tender melt in your mouth.The asada taco full of flavor and the salsas to die for.Definitely recommend this spot.Wish they accommodated more people

Honestly, the taco is delicious. Very good seasoning and meat. The service they do take a long time I didn’t see them put in the raw meat then I would understand that you know it’s cooking so it takes longer. I think they grill the meat in the morning. They probably chop it up and then reheat it, which is not bad cause the meat was really delicious, but they do have to work on being a little faster.
Made a big order for 18 people. 30 asada, 24 al pastor, 1/2 tray rice, 1/2 tray of beans but they messed up my order and gave it to someone else. Never got my 54 tacos and we had to order from a different location
