When we started planning our wedding, the number one most important thing we wanted to get right was food. My wife is Mexican, and we wanted to incorporate her culture through food, while also being mindful of multiple dietary restrictions for our guests (i.e. vegetarian, vegan, nut allergies, gluten-free).
