It's a dive bar that has some food & some live music every now & again. Country music centric. Not the best food options but helpful to soak up beers

Carol’s is a Chicago classic—no frills, just good music, cheap drinks, and a rowdy, fun crowd. Spent about $40 on a couple of tallboys, a whiskey Coke, and their fried bologna sandwich (way better than it sounds, trust me). The live country music is always on point, and if you’re not two-steppin’ by the end of the night, you’re doing it wrong. Definitely the kind of place where you walk in for “just one drink” and end up closing the bar. If you’re down for a honky-tonk good time, Carol’s is the spot!

Carol's has a great neighborhood vibe, a friendly staff and comfortable environment. The band we saw on Valentine's Day was so much fun - it felt like a party! We didn't have much to eat and although the cheese curds tasted great they were remarkably greasy. I would be willing to try them again!

I use see good service out of this business establishment but it looks like it all went down drain you could wait outside with your dog and even notify somebody that you’re outside but still wait about 20 minutes with no response will not ever visit again

We stopped at Carol's Pub on a Saturday afternoon. The interior was huge and a band was getting ready to play. The bar staff was very welcoming and friendly. We sat outside. Wait staff checked on us consistently and we ended up ordering appetizers. The mixed drinks we ordered were amazing and the apps were delish. We are planning to go back the next time we're visiting

Came in with people. Waitress Only asked two of the six if they wanted food. Brought them food didn’t ask any others for refills. In a supposed country bar and the thong song just played. Have 1 star for food because I didn’t get to try it.
