Carson’s is an epic meal experience!! The ribs, prime rib, brisket and pork chop were all insanely delicious - top notch quality and flavor! Our waitress Heather was the best, so welcoming and helpful, she made the night extra special. The restaurant has a beautiful setting right by the river — the view alone makes it worth a visit, especially around sunset. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout the evening. Service was excellent and timely.
