As far as Mexican cuisine goes, everything was pretty bland. I had the steak quesadillas, and they were mediocre. Definitely smaller than I assumed they would be. But the rice and the beans just didn't have much flavor. I'm a girl who doesn't like anything spicy, and I even thought the salsa was bland! For a Mexican restaurant in chicago, I'm surprised these guys are still going. It may be just their close proximity to Navy Pier. The waitress was extremely pleasant and she split the checks for us. The vibe in there was really cool! If I ever came back, I might do so just for the margarita flights, but I would skip the food!

They would not accept my military ID, or my vertical state ID (I have not been able to get back to my state to get a horizontal one) both of age of course. Barely anyone there and I see why.

Got vodka cran and rum&coke and they got us cranberry juice and coke cus there were absolutely no alcohol in those drinks. And they have the nerve to charge an 18% gratuity after that. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else

Sat at a table right away, however was ignored for 23 minutes so we got up and left. Not even a water or beverage were offered to us. There was only two other tables seated in the restaurant, one of them leaving. Waitress and gentlemen sat talking at the bar didn't even acknowledge us whe. We walked out. Kinda bummed i was really looking forward to dinner
