Went to the O'Hare location. Ordered a Chicago hot dog. I waited forever and my order was skipped. The guy working asks what I ordered and I told him a Chicago dog. He prepares food and hands me the bag. I run to my terminal because they were boarding and get on the plane. I open the bag to find an order of french fries and no hot dog.
Navy Pier location: Horrible service. All employees on phones. Food was poor and not fresh...seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered by me and my family. Wasted $44.51. Ugh
The guy that took my order was really rude, I guess it was because he was too busy with his phone. He seemed intolerant with my latin accent, funny thing considering he was Mexican.. The cook made fun of my choice, and he was also rude. The food is not even worth its high price and going through this disgusting experience. Basically, you’re paying to be treated like sh!t. A huge NO. 👎🏼

AD&B at Navy Pier offers a variety of delicious hot dogs and burgers. The Santa Fe dog is a standout, while options like the Chicago, Louisville, and Atlanta dogs also impress. This spot delivers amazing hot dogs with surprising ingredient combinations, despite being next to a McDonald's. It's a must-visit at Navy Pier's food court for a tasty experience, especially for hot dog enthusiasts looking for something unique.
Customers praise the fresh buns, peppers, and toppings, as well as the solid bun-to-dog-to-toppings ratio that brings out the flavors of each part without being overpowering. The Chicago dog, in particular, is noted for its inclusion of vegetables, which is a pleasant surprise. The service is described as fine, though the ordering process through big screens is not universally liked.
The atmosphere at AD&B can be lively, especially during busy holiday weekends when Navy Pier is crowded and noisy. However, on non-holiday days, the atmosphere is more chill, with a cafeteria-like vibe. Many visitors say that trying the hot dogs in Chicago is an experience they won’t forget, with some mentioning that it’s out of this world flavor and a must-try for anyone visiting the city. The regional hot dogs from all over the U.S. provide a fun way to sample different styles in one place, making it a great spot—even for European visitors—to enjoy a variety of tasty options at an excellent price-performance ratio. The place is busy but offers extremely reasonable prices, and the hot dogs are juicy, flavorful, and well-constructed, with the Chicago dog including vegetables as a pleasant surprise.
