The black bean chicken soup is very filling. The cocktails are strong which I like. Quiet, calm environment with dim lighting and chill music. Service is prompt.

I'm going to start with the positives. The atmosphere and service is a 5 out of 5. The food is not what I expected. I got fried shrimp with a sauce, cranberry juice, burger and fries. I actually enjoyed the shrimp with or without the sauce but the burger lacked seasoning even though it had cheese, onions and a pickle on it. This is the first burger I didn't like and I was disappointed. Maybe I need to try something else on the menu but I'm not sure I'll go back.

Been coming here for years and it has become an absolute staple for my wife and I.

Have never had a bad experience here , the food is amazing, the bar actually knows how to pour good drinks and they haven’t grossly inflated their prices.

Would suggest for any current Hyde Parker or if you’re just passing through.

I love Chant! They have live bands, great food and awesome customer service. My favorite is the oxtail dinner over rice. Never disappoints!

Very interesting Asian inspired global fusion restaurant. I liked the oxtails with fried rice. The oxtails were too tough though. If they were more tender, it would have been a game changer.

Lobster Rangoon was tasty. My sister enjoyed the chicken & black bean soup and shrimp & mango salad. My hubby and I had the Asian dishes, both were huge in portion but lacking in flavor.

Last night we came in for dinner so many flavor filled options .... we met the manager Ryan and our server Francis we appreciate the opportunity to dine in a great restaurant. Definitely will go back 😎😎😎

There’s a Black male bartender/Waiter whose lacks customer service. He would rather be in his phone and laugh and joke rather than be a competent bartender and tend to the patrons. My Fiancee’ and I were ignored for 10 minutes; Not even a hello. He needs to stick to being a waiter because bartending is not his forte! If we see him there I’m turning around. The only bartenders that are great at what they do are the Hispanic Male and Female! They are wonderful.

Food was pretty good. The lobster Rangoon and crab cakes can be a meal instead of appetizers. Nice place to visit. I was there before the band played so don't know the atmosphere when the band is playing.

Food well prepared and presented but fairly average.
Lighting a little dismal for my taste. Seating a little congested. The layout combining a bar with the dining area leaves much to be desired too much left to bar area alone.

Overly priced when compared to similar restaurants.
Area highly congested not much parking available only paid street box parking $2.50 per hour or one paid parking lot with slightly higher pricing. This restaurant would work better as a carry-out not well suited for dining in.

The food, staff and atmosphere is great along with great vibes. The Lobster Rangoon is very delicious. If you're ever in the Hyde Park area, I recommend dining here. You guys are awesome.
