Truly special place. Came on a whim. Was so beyond charmed. Elvia is a saint who slings coffee, solid tacos and paninis, and a mean horchata. The vibe is almost unparalleled. I’ve never been anywhere like this. Elvia told me all the neighborhood kids come to Cherubs if their parents are late picking them up from school because they feel safe and at home with her. Protect her and her paninis at all costs.

AYOOO. This is legit one of THE best panini sandwiches I’ve ever had in Chicago, and that’s not taking the price into consideration. The full sandwich for $11 is legit two sandwiches. Perfectly toasted thin bread, incredible pastrami, with mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato. Holy cow what a deal and so much flavor. And a fresh green smoothie for $5? I mean you can’t find that anywhere in 2025. The atmosphere is impeccable. Support this local business you will NOT be disappointed! (Wish I took pictures.)

They kicked out my friend while she was throwing up literally sick to defend a man who just had to pee a grown man who was calling me and my friend disrespectful and goblins because my friend took long cause she was sick!!! The owner is very rude and racist she defended a grown man over two minors because he was a regular apparently but a grown man who also can’t hold his bladder
Found this place on Google when I was looking for a lunch spott, and it was SOOO GOOD!!! Went with my family and got a milkshake, some tacos, and steak nachos! Everything was soo good and the items were reasonably priced. Service was excellent as well! 💕💕

This is one of my favorite on the go lunch spots in Chicago! I absolutely love their tacos, paninis, and mango smoothie. My order is almost always a mango smoothie and veggie panini with Munster cheese. Delicious! Cafe has a mom/poo shop feel. The owner is so kind and sells tacos at the Logan Square Farmers Market on Sunday. I definitely recommend!!!
