I purchased the wine chiller. I am unhappy with your product. Purchased in May. Used it Once to try it out. Got Ready to use it for my daughter's engagement party & its leaking because its cracked? HOW is it cracked after ONE use? And HOW is it cracked when it was used in the freezer where it belongs?

The staff is all knowledgeable and were able to help me find exactly what I needed as a semi-experienced cocktail enthusiast. I personally got all Viski products and am in love. Great quality and just beautiful. One of the girls was telling me about a bitters brand made in Chicago (bitter ex?) and I got the Cedar and Flame and it is phenomenal. Love supporting small businesses and will be returning here for any and all bar needs.

Buyer Beware! If you would like to pay 4 figures for an expensive product and never have it delivered while dealing with clueless customer service reps that have no ability to help or even offer a status update, then go ahead and shop here. I have ordered a product more than 3 weeks ago, still have not received it, was told last week that it's about to be delivered and then radio silence again, multiple attempts to reach out to CS yielded no fruit as their only answer is, I can't help you right now.
