The food was delicious. We ordered several different khachapuri, khinkali, meat and potatoes dish and beef kebab wrapped in lavash. All were super flavorful! The waiters were attentive, and great. We also had delicious dessert- napoleon cake.

This is my go-to place every time I’m in Chicago. I’ve recommended it to a bunch of friends, and they all loved it too. The food is always great, and the atmosphere is really nice. Last time I went, the staff was especially friendly and welcoming, it made the experience even better! Thank you! Keep going!

Just hit up Chicago's Diplomat Cafe on Lincoln Ave for a chill Friday night—and wow. Split a Megruli khachapuri and a plate of Khinkali meat dumplings, plus a cold appetizer mix. Cheese was oozy, dumplings juicy, apps fresh. They had upbeat weekend tunes and the vibe felt grown‑up but not stuffy. Staff walked us through the menu real nice. For Georgian comfort food in Lakeview, this is the spot—def coming back!
