I got a phone call only minutes after sending in my inquiry on the website, and they quickly prepared a a quote based on our conversation. We went back and forth a few times as my needs changed, and they helped me adjust my order to fit my budget. It was wonderful to work with one person for an event with numerous food trucks. I had their cell phone number if I needed it, and they shared mine with the food truck operators...

We had a wonderful experience using Chicago Food Truck Hub for our company picnic. The entire process was made easy from start to finish and they provide an incredible amount of customization options. The account manager, Charmin, was friendly and also helpful in helping to get rid of a raccoon that attempted to crash the party! The food trucks were delicious and the crews were awesome.
