All good! Absolutely no complaints here! Tips were flavorful you can taste the smoke on it AND charcoal! The links were perfectly made and the sauce tastes good. My one critique is that the coleslaw was runny. I'm not sure if that's because it was placed on hit food or if it was that way before but it definitely needs to stiffen up. This food was good.

I can't believe we've been let down at this establishment and the food is pretty good (overall I gave it 3 stars, and the service 1). Ordered three entrees and one was incorrect and the owner had the nerve to come up front to argue with us, after we repeated exactly what we wanted to the cashier, because our orders have been incorrect before. His tone was very aggressive behind that glass, and not to mention the Customer is always right! After his unexcusable behavior he remade the order, we got home and food was missing this time (it was insane for us not to check the bag, but we just knew they would get it right. It wasn't meant for us to check the bag, because we needed to move on from this place). Will definitely be looking for another black owned BBQ establishment. The experience with the owner going back and forth was the first , however the cooks making the food incorrectly was not the first time, and we still continued patronizing this establishment. This establishment actions simply told us to take our business elsewhere with their attitude and lack of quality control.

The only issue I have is the portion size. I ordered a large tip in the past and it was more than enough for two people. Today I ordered the same large tip but received less food exactly 10 tips. Another customer was complaining that she got less than expected ordering from the lunch special. Please don’t increase the rate and cut the portion. Fastest way to loose business.

I ordered from here to day spent $35 on some food they got my order wrong this food ain’t cheap and I eat it cuz it USUALLY IS FRESH AND THEY USE TO HAVE GREAT SERVICE BUT they gave something I didn’t ask for and when I called in about it they were rude I was over charged and whoever the guy is claimed he owed me $1.10 of a difference I will never come back here the amount of money I have spent here n this how they treat people they clearly have lost they mind my turkey tips was hard as hell like it was from yesterday or something horrible I definitely will be going forward and reporting them to bbb that’s unacceptable and un professional and people shouldn’t be treated like that then he claimed he doesn’t do refunds ok so do something I drove from work all the way over there for nothing lost out on money and food.

I order a small end THE lady that took my order was like we don't have small ends. I said just tell the cook he should know. Got home this ilthe largest half slab I ever seen HORSE RIBS. FOR $21 Iwill not be going back next time I want some ribs I will travel to east side for THE SLAB BAR B QUE. TBIS PLACE IS A JOKE

The gizzards taste like fried rocks with flower and bar b q sauce. And when I called to tell them a guy said what you want me to do. Never ever ever ever ever will I go to our recommend Pit stop bar b q anyone worse food in the city

Very unprofessional. Walked in the fan was off and the owner wouldn't cut it on. I was only speaking up for the 3 elderly women in there sweating. They all agreed and he ended up canceling on of their orders for agreeing. Would not recommend this location at all. I've never seen an establishment ran so poorly. Telling them to step out if it was so hot instead of cutting the fan on! Dont waste your money there
