I picked up breakfast before boarding my train and was not happy with the so called mini chicken sandwiches. Let me tell to never order it because it’s a ripoff! It’s on one like Hawaiian roll with one nugget cut into four pieces. It was so small and costs more than the breakfast chicken sandwich which is very good. The nugget was super tiny because all I had on one side was a dot of crumb. So disappointing on the so called mini sandwiches, it’s not so don’t get it and be disappointed with it.how they think it’s a good thing but they must be laughing when you order. If I would have eaten it at the train station and opened the box I would’ve returned it and got my money back!! So sad how they are ripping us off!

LASHA IS A PHENOMENAL TEAM MEMBER! she was so patient with me bc im autistic and have adhd i take a long time to order and she was so kind and patient! She deserves a bonus, raise or some type of incentive on her paycheck! Also I was rushing to my trains and she helped me secure nourishment and make it to me train on time! Which was the last one bc I had alr missed one trying to get food.

Look, this CFLA isn't to get the full experience. It is meant to be fast in and out as you're catching a train. The team isn't too focused on customer service to be honest (but there are diamonds in the rough here such as Aries who provides fantastic service). But for what it is, they do a great job in a very busy and stressful environment. Food is still great quality like other locations - in the end that's all that matters.
