The security was so rude. I’m an intern about to turn 18 and he refused me service & my friends service when we were just going to buy the food and leave. Didn’t even apologize just said “Oh ok i don’t care leave” when I was speaking to him respectfully.

I ate here last for dinner on Tuesday. I ordered my usual: spicy deluxe meal with Chick-fil-A sauce. And got a Dr Pepper float to drink. All was good, until I bit one fry that tasted and smelled like spoiled fish!!! I still ate it.
Then yesterday evening I suddenly had a bad stomach ache that made me feel lightheaded, nauseous, and my stomach made weird noises and hurt bad. Then I was having bad diarrhea twice! My bum was on fire.
I never had issues with Chick-fil-A ever until that one single fry I ate!

For the love of god please CHANGE YOUR OIL! nuggets and strips are consistently cooked in burnt oil it’s gross basically inedible. Take notes from the Cfa on state street never had this problem there.

I didn’t know there were inefficient Chick-fil-A. I am shocked by how very slow they are. Plus, I just saw a worker drop the lid of the tea into the tea then pull it out, shake it off, and put it back on top of the tea. I doubt they clean the top of the lid very often so….gross. I will say the dining room is awesome. Great view of Michigan Avenue.

This happen at this location today Friday 12/26/25 at 8:45 pm CST. Our order was taken when this location was about to close & we were told we could dine in and after we ordered we were told this was no longer true and our family had to eat outside in the cold. While this happen we noticed how another family got kicked off from this location while eating and with their food unfinished being carry out which is inhumane. The family was composed of what it seems like a husband, wife, two kids and an old lady which might have been the kids grandma. This does not align with what Chick-fil-A values and promotes. This is shameful and hopefully this can be addressed and investigated. As an evidence if available watch the camera footage to validate this review.

✨Natayja took my order and greeted me warmly right away 😊 She was very polite, patient, and helpful—especially when I was a little indecisive. She offered great suggestions and also made sure to let me know about the rewards I had available after scanning my Chick-fil-A app QR code, which I really appreciated ✨
🌟 Customer service like this makes a big difference. Definitely a pleasant visit! 🌟
They forgot an order of nuggets so I had to go back up to the counter, but it was made right.

I ordered all the sauces but they don't serve. So I just went back and explained this situation thinking it was a mistake. But I asked for the sauce again. But I only got 4 sauces. Even 2 are the same thing and didn't get my favorite flavors. 2025.11.8. 11:45
