I stopped by here on a Tuesday morning around 10am while on the way to a walking tour. I placed my order for 2 chicken biscuits via app prior to arriving.
It didn’t seem too busy and looked like they were short staffed. This was my first time seeing a CFA use a conveyor belt to have ordered come to the front. I assume the kitchen is in the back or somewhere else, like upstairs, out of sight.
They have a monitor that tells you orders in progress and orders that are ready. When it says ready, that doesn’t mean that it’s at the front ready to given. I came to realize that it may mean that the kitchen finished preparing it. You should expect a few more minutes to receive it. It took longer than I’m used to as well.
I love CFA and go there often back in NC where I live, as I was visiting on vacation. The sandwiches were smaller than I’m used to and the biscuit wasn’t as soft. It was fresh and tasty, nonetheless.
They have an upstairs for indoor dining, which I didn’t go to as I didn’t have the time. This was an interesting CFA experience; definitely different than NC.

Went with family to their N. Michigan restaurant lunchtime, pretty busy. Our table was dirty from previous clients. My 10 year old daughter asked Shanelle, who was cleaning another table, if she could clean ours so we could dine. Shanelle rudely told her she had to follow a specific order and we’d better clean the table ourselves.

Take forever to get your food. Last time i came i got a 12 piece and but was missing nuggets. They were not trying to offer a refund or a remake either because I didn’t bring it in same day, but you guys close early. Won’t be eating at this location again, poor management.

This Was My first Time At this location and my last. I am a big fan of chick fil A , I have never had a bad experience or even bad food. And after reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one. I ordered my food with Alondra , she was very non chalant & not very friendly. I got my sun joy & it was hot , so I asked for a cup of ice on the side. Then I proceeded back to my table to eat my food and the gas browns tasted like they were fried in old oil, it was so nasty it was burning my throat. So I walked back to the front , stood there 5 minutes Alondra looked me right in the face and kept doing what she was doing. She kept avoiding eye contact with me. So I stood there , didn’t say anything I was patient, another young lady walked up and asked how can I help you? I explained to her and she got her manager . The manager asked what’s the issue , I explained that the tors taste like old grease. She proceeded to say I don’t smell old grease, we just changed our grease a week ago. I said well you are more than welcome to taste them. She asked what could she get me , I said a refund and she got me a cup of fruit and said have a good day 🤦🏽♀️so rude ? Like I said reading the comments, they always have old grease. For this to be downtown , yall need to do better.

Good and packaging was poor, it was really greasy. The atmosphere was quite intimidating as it was full of homeless beggars not far from the entrance and inside was ques of just eat/uber delivery people. Chik fil a is a good brand and the food is usually quite nice but this place didn’t have a nice environment to it.

I never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. This one, however, is very disappointing. It's dirty and has unfriendly staff. Also, the order takes a long time to complete. Wouldn't recommend going there.

Food wasn't that great. It tasted like when it's cooked with dirty oil. My fries were not fresh nor tasty and were dark, like if cooked with dirty oil. It was my 1st time in this location. Maybe next time it will be better.

Food had a weird aftertaste. We were the only ones when ordered and waited a long time for a salad and some tenders

The quality of food can vary between different restaurants, and while it’s not bad, it’s not exactly a ‘wow’ experience either. There’s definitely room for improvement, but overall, it’s decent. When it comes to Chick-fil-A, they offer fast and friendly service, and the quality is quite good for a fast-food chain. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction, though the menu is somewhat limited. Still, if you’re a fan of chicken, it’s a reliable option for a quick, simple meal.
Parking: I took the train to get to the center because it’s much more practical and faster. The parking in the area, especially around Michigan Avenue, is likely too expensive
Kid-friendliness: Child friendly!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available, with a ramp outside for easy entry and an elevator to access the upper floors.
