Why can't every fast casual place have friendly, kind and downright awesome employees working for them like this Chick Fil A restaurant has? To be fair, every Chick Fil A place I've been to have been nice and friendly. But at this one even the manager is walking around asking every customer if they're doing good and if they need something. That's service that makes us come back.

The Clinton location in the south loop have the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The service was the great and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. This location will be my favorite now š. Keep up the great work you guys.

The bathroom is very clean and Mrs. E does a very good job cleaning, she deserves a raise! There are also fresh flowers on the tables which Iām pleasantly surprised. The music is nice and the chicken sandwiches are always good.

Hit up ChickāfilāA in the South Loop last weekāš. Scored an 8ācount Nuggets Meal plus a spicy chicken sandwich and some classic Waffle Fries. Food was hot, crispy, and hit the spotāfries were on point, nuggets perfectly seasoned, and that sandwich had the right kick. Staff moved quick and were real nice. Solid goāto if you're craving chicken around here!
Best young people around. I'm not kidding. Good kind young people on full display. It's refreshing to see doing these times.

I come to this place at least once a week since it opened. Service is always amazing. The staff is always warm, friendly and welcoming. I don't want to jinx it but I've never had a problem or issue.
Amazing service, Ms. E and Rose were amazing they provided comfortably and good recommendations. I just moved to the city and will be back in this Chick Fil A establishment again.
I just wanna say the Mac n cheese is cooked to perfection. The golden crust is just chefs kiss! Same with the cookies, golden and soft on the inside.
