This place is the most unprofessional staff I know.. Absolutely unacceptable. Chick-fil-A is supposed to be known for good service, but this location clearly doesn’t train their employees properly. To make things worst it’s dirty, food is nasty compared to other chick fil as. Overall the staff should train there new employees better and have better management…

The customer service is going downhill at this location. I’ve been visiting this location since they opened due to the convenience. The greetings, accuracy of your order and time receiving your order needs some improvement. They would repeat your order correctly, but you receive the complete opposite. As someone who manages a food chain restaurant. I understand we have good and bad days. This location is starting to have more bad than good days as a customer for me. Once I deplete my earned point. I would no longer be a customer. The economy is bad and anyone that’s spending money at this moment should be treated as a priority. That’s the very reason I fell in love with Chic-fil A . The smiles and great service.

I come to this location all the time because it's near the dance studio that I go to. But my visit was made extra special two weeks ago by a staff member named Ms. E. When I sat down, she promptly cleaned my table and made me feel welcome. I saw her helping families in other tables at well. Ms. E is a treasured icon at this Chick-fil-A branch!

We have been to other Chick-Fil-A but i would want to say this location was the best so far! My family and I dined in. It was my wife and her 2 parents plus our 4 kids. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the staff. The restaurant was kid of busy so we decided to choose a spot where we would all fit. We chose an area by the door and we were just going to use two tables next to each other but right away a woman by the name of Ms. E helped us and put some tables together for us so we can all sit together. The food came out very quickly and it was delicious as usual. Ms. E brought some coloring pages for my kids and kept on bringing us things that we forgot or needed more of. Like napkins and other orders we placed after the initial ordered. She was very welcoming and attentative. At the end she gas my kids this board game so we could all play as a family. She also told us about some activities there where going to have the following day. Some story time for the kids. Everything was great but Ms. E definitely made the experinece way better. It felt like she was part of the family if that makes any sense. Highly recommend going and dining in here.

This review is long overdue, but I’ve been thinking about this experience ever since my last visit to Chick-fil-A. Ms. E was absolutely amazing and provided me with the best Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. She even shared some Chick-fil-A history and truly made me feel at home. She really went above and beyond, and for me, it’s an experience I will never forget. Her hospitality was outstanding, and every time I crave Chick-fil-A, I try my best to visit this location because of her. Shoutout to Ms. E! It’s because of people like her that customers feel welcomed and want to keep coming back to their local restaurant.

I walked in and, everyone behind the Counter turned & just Looked at me, No greetings, right after me, 2-3 different people & groups walked in and everyone behind the counter said Hi in Unison. I wondered why Noone chose to Greet me, Is it my skin color, me being a Man or an older non-Caucasian man. Whatever that might be, I won't coming back this Chick-fil-A.

I would like some clarification on rewards. I’ve been going to different locations in Chicago, and the one in bucktown was quite nice as I often got rewards from the operator as I made several online orders. I recently moved to the loop and I often go to the south loop location almost every week for a pick up order but only received one reward which was in September. It’s interesting as I’m only 50 points away from being a chick fila one red member, and as a sliver member I thought I would receive some rewards as it clearly states in the chick fila app under “my benefits”tab but hey.
