I ordered food and a bottle of water. One of the waiters brought the water to my table, and after I opened and drank from it, a different waiter unexpectedly took it away without any explanation. When I asked the cashier about it, they simply said they would bring a new bottle. However, I was still left confused as to why the original, already opened and paid-for bottle was taken in the first place.
The replacement bottle they brought had a strange taste when I opened it, so I chose not to drink it. Honestly, the entire experience left me feeling agitated to the point where I wished I could’ve taken back the gratuity tip I left.

Ebony was an ANGEL! She was attentive and prompt. We sat at the bar around 8am, not terribly busy but the bar was full. Each staff member was kind and forthcoming with specials and accommodations. We always love to visit chilis 🌶️ at any airport we go to and this was a top notch visit!

It was packed but I got seated quickly. My waiter John was on top of his game running around tending to multiple tables. I got my food and needed to get a takeout box right away. The food was good and hot. The place wasn’t very clean but that’s to be expected in an airport restaurant.

🥶cold food! Terrible service, not busy waitress said we had to order through the app.... Ok fine no problem. Cot the Bailey's coffee all we got was a cup of coffee with a shot of Bailey's on the side.... No whip... No care. Got the omelet it was cold, onions raw, salsa watery potatoes barely cooked. Also go Belgium waffles, again cold and gross 🤢. Never asked how we are doing or if we needed anything else. Please avoid going here, unless you like to be disappointed 😂.

Dylan was an amazing bartender! Guy is always moving, getting drinks, restocking the bar and able to make time to help me get my bearings in the airport while continuing to provide excellent service!
The service is great. However, the tables are small. You may have some issues when you have a lot of belongings.
