Chili's Grill & Bar

This is where they sat us, just far enough away for a single person to squeeze in between us and this work station. Our QR code that she wanted us to use to order on our own didn’t work and it very obviously annoyed her that she had to physically take our order. Gave us refilled drinks from the out of order machine by us (before I saw the sign) and then got upset when we asked for new drinks as the ones from this machine were yucky. The manager assured us this machine was fixed and didn’t want to hear me say what they tasted like. Waitress got nicer when it was time to pay. Will probably avoid all Chilis in airports

This place is rough. Its Chili’s when they have no concern about cleaning or quality. The menu is mostly built based on the deep fryer. Definitively a don’t go. Just walk 1 min into the terminal and you’ll find dozens of eateries, mostly clean.

Food was edible, the setting is average for an airport, but the service was very slow and non attentive. This is a major airport, they need to step up their responsiveness.

I wish I had taken a picture. We had the Original breakfast and it was great.
Surprisingly good potatoes, nice bacon, eggs cooked perfectly, and she even sub the toast for avocado.

Great service from Jesse, who makes really great margaritas. We had great conversations and a great time before departure.
The food is really tasty for a chain and the beers are cold.
We'll definitely come back when we're in Chicago.

My server Ebony was so nice. Hearing her talk to customers at the bar whose flight got delayed or had travel troubles, she was sympathetic and positive, changing their mood for the better. She has a clear understanding of what each individual needed and predicted needs before people asked for them. I don’t usually leave reviews especially for a chilis but she deserves a shout out.

This is not your normal chillis experience. This is a quick serve disguised as a restaurant. You order from your phone and a server brings it to you table and then you pay from your phone. They say drinks are refillable but good luck ever seeing someone to ask for a refill. Prices are gouged. Probably the most expensive burgers in the airport. Food came out fast and was good though.

The service here isn't perfect and as an employee who only has a 30 minute break and limited time, you would think they would prepare the food a little quicker. But honestly, I'll have less than 10 minutes to wolf down the food in my mouth like a fat American.

Basically, customer service here is poor and unprofessional and unreliable. They are obvious when it comes to ignoring your questions or concerns. The women up front have an attitude majority of the time. They will talk smack about you once you walk away whether they helped you or ignored you and just stood there aimlessly when you’re trying to talk to them. Staff here will also attempt to accuse you of dining and ditching if you are by yourself and need to go to the bathroom and go back to your table. It's absurd. Please choose somewhere else to eat.

Visited at lunch time and it wasn't very busy. I shared a child and salsa + queso with a family member and both were good. That's all we got because we just needed a snack, so I'm not sure what the rest of the food is like. Service was pretty good as well. The online pay functionality was nice for when we needed to leave.
