The service was great, but I was disappointed with my food. It took 20 minutes from when I called to be ready, which is great timing. I’d heard great things about this place, so I decided to try.
I ordered the orange chicken and was surprised by the volume given in my dinner special. I ate a few bites of the “chicken” and that’s where the issue lies. The flavor was amazing but there was no chicken. Every single bite I took was all breading or the most miniscule amount to where I had to bite half to tear it apart just to see if anything was in there.
I understand a few nuggets of breading because the batter separates in the fryer, but this wasn’t just an accident. My partner got the sesame chicken and it was the exact same thing. There was some chicken in the larger pieces but it was still all breading.
The chicken fried rice was good, no complaints there and so were the crab Rangoon’s. The egg roll was more like a spring roll and the flavor just wasn’t my favorite, so nothing wrong there.
My recommendation is getting the non-fried meat dishes because you may just be spending money to eat fried flour. The appetizers are good too

Response to owners: My review reflects my genuine experience with the food I was served. While others may have different experiences, mine was accurately described and honestly shared. Original review: This restaurant cuts back everywhere and then they send you bad tasting food. You can tell they're purchasing ingredients not suitable for restaurant dining and at 60 dollars minus the tip, I feel I got a bunch of badly made food of low end quality ingredients that was probably the worse Chinese food I've had in a long time --- not one dish was appetizing or done correctly. If I can give it zero stars, I would. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, white steamed rice and the beef lo mein dinner specials which weren't specials, you just paid extra for add ons which was a soup and an egg roll, and I added a small beef fried rice a la carte. When I opened the sweet and sour chicken, the portion was good, except they only sent it with 2 oz. cup of sweet and sour sauce. How do I coat all of that chicken with such little sauce. That immediately made me upset. I couldn't eat half of the meal without the sauce. The steamed rice was over done and it tasted so. The beef lo mein was GREASY. My partner could not finish it. The soup tasted like it was old. The noodle was like jell-o when you put it in your mouth, just turned to gellatin and it wasn't Asian, it was a chicken noodle soup like Campbell's. The vegetable egg roll you paid extra for at full price in the special was small --- why not a traditional egg roll. The beef fried rice had no flavor, rice was dry. It did not look brown, it looked like steamed rice, thrown in a pan with a dash of soy sauce and some beef for 1 minute that again, just didn't look like quality ingredients. They charge premium prices for low quality, badly cooked food - and a small ramekin of sweet and sour for the dinner? If it wasn't 5 degrees out, I would have taken it all back to them to remake it. I don't know who's running this place, but they don't know what they are doing.

Just paid $30 for some of the worst food on the north side . The rice was plain when I asked fried ! I specifically asked for fried and thy gave me brown rice . I ordered orange chicken and there was no chicken just batter . We need a better restaurant here they are taking a spot of a good location to scam people ? We should get together with the property manager and propose better options than these scammers.
This place should really close and put something worth eating here maybe a see thru Chinese kitchen from the west side . As you see nothing in the rice , no onions , egg or anything not even fried that’s not fried that’s just cooked in oil to make it look brown . There is no meat in the chicken just batter .
Don’t waste your money here it’s trash the worst Chinese food . The egg rolls smell like dead fish . Taste like fish .
First ever Chinese Spot I get no fortune cookies

The store itself is not bad—clean, well-organized, and with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to take your order with a smile. The food is decent, with classic dishes like General Tso's Chicken and Sweet & Sour Pork hitting the spot, though not extraordinary. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it a solid option for a quick, satisfying meal.

Restaurantji Recommends
The sesame chicken is great and crispy. The sweet and sour chicken is hit or miss. Fried rice is decent.
The hours are all over the place. I placed an order when it said open on Google and arrived to a closed restaurant.

My second time ordering from this place the rice is super dry super old like 5 days old and the fried chicken wings are super hard the grease is like motor oil they need to change the grease it's very nasty I wouldn't give this food to a homeless person or my dog. And the funny part is. it was nasty the first time I tried it I keep ordering by mistake because they have the same name as another restaurant I go to.
