Been going since last year monthly. The food is excellent. Not very expensive. Love there lunch special menu. The waitress are so friendly. I love the food comes out on the moving robot. Food is always hot and fresh.

Will never patronize this restaurant ever again after my college aged children dined in. They were virtually ignored by the server (the robot served them better) and when they decided not to leave a tip due to the bad service (they couldn't even get their water refilled), they were told that from now on, they would have to get their food to go and they couldn't eat there anymore. We used to eat there or carry out regularly but NEVER again.

Food was great. HOWEVER, the service was completely terrible. We came in to the restaurant completely empty and ordered our food. Another group walked in and were immediately catered to. They sat down AFTER us, ordered AFTER us, received their food BEFORE us, and left BEFORE us. The server ( ASSISANT SA ) provided great service for them, refilled their waters, and then proceeded walk immediately past us with no refills. We did not get our waters refilled the entire time we were there. After this horrible service, we decided to not tip due to our horrible experience. As we paid and received our receipt to tip, the server STOOD OVER US to watch and see if we would tip. We still decided not to tip. She then told us that we HAD to tip, and that if we were ever to come back that we would not be able to sit down at a table without tipping. Unless gratuity is included, TIPPING IS OPTIONAL. We still did not tip. How could you expect a tip after that horrible service. If you are Black, please go somewhere where your black dollar will be appreciated.
Food is good but they will not accommodate in no capacity. I ordered egg foo young and asked if they could make one patty chicken the other two shrimp bc someone in my family is allergic to seafood. You would think with you supporting them and giving them your business they would accommodate something simple like that but the lady said no. I guess I should spend double the money in their eyes. Just lost a loyal customer.

I should have taken pictures of the food but my child and I were starving. The food is delicious and fresh. I have a shrimp tempura roll, Mongolian beef dinner special where I added shrimp to the plain fried rice, and my very picky pre-teen had the jumbo shrimp fried rice. Food was delicious, staff friendly, and restaurant looks amazing. Can’t emphasize enough how good the food is! Myself and my child are happy.

I was quite disappointed with the service during my visit. Unfortunately, we were treated rather rudely by the waitress when asking simple, genuine questions. The tone used felt unnecessarily harsh. Interestingly, the attitude shifted completely when two gentlemen walked in, which made the contrast quite noticeable. Additionally, we were charged extra for very minor things, and the packaging was poor—items spilled and the napkins were already wet. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and hospitality for all customers.
