About Destination Cafe

Destination Cafe has recently transitioned from a ramen restaurant to offer Hong Kong style dishes. The atmosphere retains an older charm, and the restaurant has not undergone significant remodeling since the change in ownership. Prices are quite reasonable, with most dishes priced in the low $10s, making it easy for diners to sample multiple items. Despite the smaller portion sizes, the quality of food is commendable, as everything is prepared fresh and made from scratch.

The service at Destination Cafe is friendly and attentive, providing a pleasant dining experience for families and kids. Guests have enjoyed various dishes, including the Garlic Lover's ramen, which is noted for its rich flavor. While the music has received mixed reviews, the overall ambiance is considered pleasant.

Some regulars have expressed concerns about recent changes in recipes, particularly for favorite dishes like the Original Tonkotsu and Spicy Umami Miso ramen, noting that they have become saltier and less enjoyable than before. Despite these changes, many customers still recommend the restaurant for its quality ingredients and satisfying meals at an excellent price point. Destination Cafe remains a popular choice in the Bridgeport neighborhood for both dining in and take-out, catering to those who appreciate freshly prepared, delicious food.

This place is a legitimate place for ramen.. I’m picky when it comes to ramen and this place did not disappoint.
I would always drive by this place and just always wondered if it was good. Well today was that day and have nothing but good things to say. The prices are very reasonable for a nice size bowl of ramen. I also had a 6 piece Goyza which was also very good. My friend had the Crispy Teriyaki Wings which were also amazing and a great crunch. I will definitely be going back again. They also have Sushi.
I believe this place is under new ownership, used to be ramen place but now it is Hong Kong style dishes

Atmosphere

Price
Most dishes are in the low $10s, very reasonable especially at current economy. The dish are kind of small side but for me that mean I can order for more and taste more dishes lol
