I've visited this location twice. On my first visit, the portions were significantly smaller compared to the Chipotle at 316 N Michigan Ave. I came back today to check again, and sure enough, the portions were still small. I won't be coming back to this location.

I normally go to this chipotle but I’m never going back. Every employee seemed like they’d just received the worst news of their lives. Genuinely scowls and zero effort/energy. Gave me like 50% portions and were mad at everyone, it was SO messy and smelled suspect. Just a terrible experience.

if you’re gonna order food here order it 24 hours before you’re hungry and check the food once you get it because it’s never right. just prepare for disappointment. the sad part is i live across the street and i eat here often and im always hopeful like the therapeutic man that i am change will exist.

I know it’s a meme that Chipotle gives tiny portions, and I’ve never complained until now, but today the guy at the counter literally gave me the TINIEST scoop of rice I’ve EVER seen. I know it’s free & you can ask for more (and I did), but I thought it was just insulting. And then immediately after, the woman asked which sauces, I said “salsa verde” and she repeats “salsa verde” gives me pico de gallo, and I was like, “Wait…” she looks at me, and then I just go, “Never mind” because I didn’t even want to continue. And then the last 2 people working the counter were rushing to check us out without asking if we wanted any chips or drinks, which literally every single other Chipotle I’ve ever been to has done. Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had

I don't know who the super smiley short girl was that was working the register, but she was SO NICE! We interacted with her 5 times and she was sooooooo nice each time. My daughter said the guy doing her food was super nice too. It's crazy to have SUCH friendly employees around all these other unnecessarily rude people. Thank you to your crew. Hey Chipotle Peeps, We ordered a take out here yesterday, July 16, 2025, my husband was in the line at exactly 5:35PM. I ordered a steak bowl with white rice. Your white rice was uncooked!!! It was still hard and not fully cooked!! I've noticed it when I started eating it at home, when I already ate half of the bowl. Now at 1:58AM of July 17, 2025, I'm still awake having a very bad tummy ache! Please don't serve us uncooked or undercooked rice!!! That's really bad for our health, and It can give you a painful stomach ache, and food poisoning!!
This wasn't the first time that I had an uncooked rice in this Chipotle location, so I decided to say something about this now because the management need to pay attention.
Chipotle management, in this location please hire someone that knows how to cook rice and someone that will follow your rules and direction on how to prepare your food! Someone that knows projections, proper timing in making those food so they will not rush serving your customers that hard, uncooked Rice!!!
We deserved a better Chipotle in our neighborhood! Better service, and better Chipotle food, Please! - 2:25AM.

This location varies in quality. But I really enjoyed my steak quesadilla. There was almost no wait for me to get my online order either. The two times I have ordered at the counter, I got mediocre tacos. The restaurant is clean. Just a little inconsistent.
