Beautiful shop. Friendly, knowledgeable employees, and first rate products. Customer service is alive and well at Chicago Teahouse. We're in Chicagoland, but so easy to order online. Fast shipping. Highly recommended.
I'm from South Florida but was spending the weekend in Chicago. We had a lunch at a local restaurant. That had Chicago Teahouse's Earl Grey on the menu. After drinking a pot, I knew I needed some for home. I jumped online and ordered tea for pickup and ran over there to get it!

So much variety and the tea is delicious. I picked up a winter jam and peach black tea, the winter jam is almost gone. The scent is as amazing as the taste. Helpful staff, and a relaxing shopping experience. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in the city.
