Fernando is top notch. I had a pick up order…I was walking home and got a call with him apologizing that he forgot the shells in the kids taco meal. He offered to have them delivered or a free item added to my account. I get chipotle ALOT…and missing items isn’t fun, it happens. I’ve never had a store call to rectify. A+++ service.
Stingy on portion sizes. Also allows homeless to just hang out in the seating area.
