If you don’t order in-person expect the smallest, sloppiest, and/or incorrect order. Every time I order for pick-up it’s incorrect or 70% the size (I get the exact same order every time) and if you ever say extra on the app they will taunt you and put less than if you said nothing

This place is hit or miss and often chaotic, today however it really went over the top.Guy on the line before cashier says I ordered steak asada when I said steak. I correct with the cashier and the incorrect guy then says 'ok I'll believe you that you said that' like I'm trying to lie and steal from Chipotle.Extremely bad service for a mistake they made. Will never be back.

The lady at the register overcharged me 3 dollars, and would not explain why until AFTER I payed. She incorrectly charged me 2.90 extra for the vinaigrette, which is incorrect- it’s FREE, and then proceeded to argue with me that she will not take off the charge since I said I didn’t want the 2.90 5 drops of vinegar (which BTW is on the side - so All I was asking was not to have it at all and not pay for it)I eat chipotle about 90 days out of the year and have been to so many locations over the United States, and this is THE WORST.Please save yourself and your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Blessings to this location- they need it ❤️.I never write reviews, but this is the 2nd time I have had an AWFUL experience here

How is this location out of at least 3 items 24/7? Never any vinaigrette, maybe 1/10 visits. Out of fajita at 1pm, previously found plastic wrap in my bowl. I want to scream every time I leave this

I’ve lived 5 minutes from this chipotle for over 4 years and when I say they NEVER get delivery orders right I’m talking wrong ingredients, sides left out, and no drink will come with. It doesn’t matter if you order off their app, or a delivery service, they will not get it right. Don’t waste your time or money, go in if you’re ordering from this location. The workers are rude no matter what the day

Coming from California to Illinois going on two years now several food topics have popped up at the weirdest times:The deep dish pizza argument that looms front and center at my new home, what's your favorite steakhouse, who makes the best cheeseburger in this city, where the hell to get good affordable sushi........and this list goes on (and on)!Then there is the "Chipotle" issue:Simply put, Chipotle had a PR problem a few years ago in the western USA ala CA - OR - WA. This problem was unwashed lettuce and salmonella, E. coli, and Listeria. It hobbled Chipotle's business in this region. It was clearly not a problem for the other forty-seven states as Chipotle's business was as robust as ever.Well, two years after this fact, here I am living in Illinois and down the street from us is a constantly "packed" Chipotle.I guess it was time to shake off those indoctrinated demons, go inside and order a chicken burrito.Voila, I did and I'm glad I did!For the price, size, character and complexion this burrito was damn good. Was it Mama in the kitchen in East L.A. or Pilsen cooking it - No! But for a fast pick-up, good as it can get burrito, I was very happy to re-introduce myself to this fine chain of restaurants.

The costumer service in the store and in the website is the worst. If you order food in the application the people that do the order do not how to read and gave you what they want instead of what you order. Then you contact costumer service to chat with a robot with a preselected answers that do not satisfy your needs. At the end of the nightmare trying to explain what were your issues, they offered a free drink with a limited time to redeem it. I will never order from this place again.

I went into this store and order a burrito and a Veggie bowl. The guy that made my burrito messed it up so bad that it wasn't edible. He was sweating and his clothes looked filthy. He kept trying to roll by burrito by getting a new wrap. Finally I had to tell him that I did not want the burrito and that I wanted a new one. He made a new one however, when I got back to work EVERYTHING FELL OUT OF THE WRAP. My bowl wasn't made properly. Like it was for a toddler. To pay almost $30 for food with this visual is unacceptable. I would like for a manager to call me please. Ewwwww so gross! Ruined my lunch
