I'm surprised that the Jimmy John franchise allows these clowns to use their name. The food tastes good and it's close to home. And that's the only reason that I eat there. -- if you decide to stop by, get ready to be served some attitude with your meal.You never know what kind of mood the staff is in that day. Notice how all the bad reviews are by white people and this shop is mainly ran by black people... kinda sus if you ask me... service is good and food is good. Nothing negative to report.

They don’t update their app. Even if they did I never got my food. When I called to ask for a status update they hung up on me. Rude staff for the second time and I will never order from here again. Honestly don’t sign up for a customer service job if you can’t handle it. Go work at McDonalds.
