Fried food simply doesn’t travel well, hence the complaints you see from folks who order by UberEats or DoorDash. This location is more than consistent enough for fast-casual, at least if you’re picking it up in a timely manner or dining-in. The paper bag gets soggy otherwise.I get the 8 piece wing combo—half parmesan, half louisiana rub—with parmesan seasoning in the fries more often than I would admit.

The customer service at this location hasn't been the greatest. it's been numerous times that I have asked the manager or a regular staff for something and didn't receive it like extra sauce or seasoning. Plus, I'm always willing to pay, but they never ask me for a payment. I honestly think they need to do something about learning how to communicate with customers a little better and understanding them. Going that extra mile goes a long way or find a new team to run that location

In this wing stop, you CANNOT have it all. The location is pretty decent, located right next to a Jewel Osco and other small businesses. Also easy to get to since it is right next to a Red line for the L-line. In terms of service, they are straight to the point, and are neither excited or rude, just business as usual, which is no major issue what so ever, since its technically a fast food service.
