I was verbally assaulted a couple weeks ago by an employee by the name of Jamal . I live in the surrounding area . He got extremely upset because I asked for a different type of wing because I had made a mistake with my order. He immediately became hostile over this question and said I would have to get a new order . I said it was just 1/2 the order that was wrong . He fixed it begrudgingly saying it’s people like me that think I owe him something. Once I started to actually get upset with how he was treatinge as a customer he snatched my order out of my hands and said I don’t f-word get anything then . I alerted the manager showed him the video . He apologized. I am posting this because I don’t feel safe knowing Jamal still works here . It just shows Wingstop doesn’t care about the community

Fried food simply doesn’t travel well, hence the complaints you see from folks who order by UberEats or DoorDash. This location is more than consistent enough for fast-casual, at least if you’re picking it up in a timely manner or dining-in. The paper bag gets soggy otherwise.I get the 8 piece wing combo—half parmesan, half louisiana rub—with parmesan seasoning in the fries more often than I would admit.

The customer service at this location hasn't been the greatest. it's been numerous times that I have asked the manager or a regular staff for something and didn't receive it like extra sauce or seasoning. Plus, I'm always willing to pay, but they never ask me for a payment. I honestly think they need to do something about learning how to communicate with customers a little better and understanding them. Going that extra mile goes a long way or find a new team to run that location

Don’t even think about ordering here. Ordered a 6 piece combo meal. Only got 4 wings, my fries weren’t seasoned, and they didn’t include my Diet Coke. Incompetent lazy bums work here and run a day care here half the time bringing their kids to work with them.

In this wing stop, you CANNOT have it all. The location is pretty decent, located right next to a Jewel Osco and other small businesses. Also easy to get to since it is right next to a Red line for the L-line. In terms of service, they are straight to the point, and are neither excited or rude, just business as usual, which is no major issue what so ever, since its technically a fast food service. The food is always on point! the wings are well made, fries are crispy (at times) but greasy (if you enjoy that), and the fountain gives you a plethora of options for beverages. At times, they don't put much sauce on their wings, but when I have asked for more they provide. They one thing I do criticize is the cleanness of the restaurant. At times there are drinks and fries and bones on the floor, and no one really picks it up. The restroom is also never clean and out of service at times.

I need to give a special shot out to Bhoomi for her amazing service and understanding. I came in with an issue that had accured on doordash so in no way shape or form was it her problem to deal with, but, she took the time to make sure that i was happy with everything. i will never forget her kindness and she has single handedly guaranteed return to this location. thanks again
Ordered a simple meal… food was cold. Drink was wrong. Employee that answered the was rude. If lunch didn’t cost so damn much - I wouldn’t care so much. $30 + for a simple meal is ridiculous and to get it wrong and not even apologize …

Every time I go here there’s something unprofessional going on. This location is so ghetto. The cashier was standing at the register with a fonto leaf in his hand like he’s getting ready to roll up then had the audacity to ask me if I’m okay cuz I’m looking at him like he’s crazy. My food is never ready on time. Corn was cold soggy fries too much cheese

I ordered a 8 piece chicken wings/no fries, lemon pepper this was my first time eating here, Since I have been in the neighborhood for 8 years, l received something that looks like big chicken nuggets in a very salty shell soaked in grease that you can actually see, the guy said that is the sauce, but I didn't order any sauce, and then he said, those are the boneless chicken wings, the order that I received was high in sodium and cholesterol,(extremely high blood pressure food) that's wasn't good or health to eat, l see WHY I never came here before, and don't see MANY CUSTOMERS, whenever I pass by, I'm not willing to try something else, I'm not wasting my money on food that I have to throw away, I wouldn't give this to my pets l would have done better, if I would have went to Jewel and got their chicken, and much better and cheaper ?

The most efficient Wingstop AND on Super Bowl Sunday! In and out in 10 minutes! They were speeding and making sure everyone was happy! Whoever was in charge today did a great job!
